Holiday Classics Cocktail Class

$50 per person
Limited to 25 participants
Join us for a hands on evening of holiday cocktail making. This edition of our cocktail class will teach you how to make the drinks everyone loves and a few new favorites to show off at your next gathering. You’ll sip, shake, stir, and laugh your way through the evening as we explore classic techniques and creative twists. Many marital problems may be on display, all par for the course during this merry season.
You’ll learn to make:
A Martini two ways
A Manhattan
A Classic Daiquiri
A Sazerac
A Tom Collins
And, if we are brave, the dreadfully difficult Ramos Gin Fizz
We’ll also cover non-alcoholic versions, batching for a crowd, and simple prep ideas to make hosting easier. You’ll leave with recipe cards and a shopping list so you can recreate everything at home. It will be part class, part party, fully festive.
