Join us for a candlelit Valentine’s Day dinner rooted in care, craft, and simple pleasures. We’ll be serving a special prix fixe menu designed for lingering, sharing, and being fully present with the people you love.

Oyster with rose mignonette

First Course
Mixed greens with lightly pickled beets, blood orange, pistachio, and a creamy fennel vinaigrette

Main Course (choice of):
Handmade pappardelle with brown butter, roasted mushrooms, thyme, and shaved pecorino

Red wine–braised short ribs with silky mashed potatoes, roasted carrots and pan jus

or

Roasted chicken with crispy skin, garlic confit, and roasted winter squash with brown butter and sage

Dessert (choice of):
Chocolate pot de crème with whipped crème fraîche and olive oil sea salt
